EU insurers to host debate on insuring mobility in the future




Insurance Europe has announced that it will hold an event entitled Insuring mobility – Today and tomorrow, on 16 October 2019 in Brussels.
The event, which will take place at the Representation of the State of Hessen, rue Montoyer 21, will feature a range of speakers including leading European policymakers, representatives of mobility service users and the insurance industry.
The speakers will debate two key mobility issues facing insurers: access to vehicle data and the increased popularity of light electric vehicles, such as electric bicycles, scooters and segways. The event will be followed by a networking cocktail.
